How to make order?

What forms of payments do you accept?
Payment methods: Credit cards (VISA, Master),Bank Transfer
* For Bank Transfer (pickup by courier) , the customer has to place a deposit of RM200 for 1 device (refundable).
* For credit card payment, we will charge RM 700 + 6% GST for 1 device if you do not return or lost the device as a penalty.

Can a billing statement be issued?
Yes, a billing statement can be issued via email.

Is there any extra charges for delivery?
Yes, we charges RM10 for delivery.

Do you deliver the device anywhere in Malaysia?
Yes, we deliver anywhere within Malaysia except Sabah & Sarawak (Peninsular only).

Do you charge a deposit?
For payment by credit card (VISA,Master) there is no need for deposit, only pay for the rental fee. But for those who choose the pick up by courier, we need RM 200 deposit and it is refundable.

How many days should I order before pick-up date?
Due to high demand, place your order not more than 3 month in advance to avoid disappointment. We usually need 3 days working days (Monday-Friday) to process your order for delivery.

Can I change my booking information after placing an order?
You can of course do so. Just contact us and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

Is it possible to extend the rental period once it’s already begun?
Yes, you just need to get in touch with us ahead of time, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

How can I return the rental items?
You will receive a small bag. When you return to us, make sure to put all items in the bag, seal it, and send back to us at:

*HQ Office, Solaris, Mont Kiara (Level 3A, block K in SoHo KL)
*Kuala Lumpur International Airport (Nearby International Arrival Hall)
*Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (Nearby Celcom & Hotlink - Arrival Hall)
*The Garden Mall, Midvalley City (Going down to excalator beside CIMB on LG Floor)

Alternatively, you can organize your own return. If you are organizing your own return, please ensure the package is send to the following address :

When should I pickup/return the pocket Wi-Fi?
Please refer to HERE about pickup/return date.

What if I lost the device on the way back?
You are responsible for the safe and timely return of your pocket Wi-Fi. For this reason, we will charge you the compensation fees.

How can I cancel my booking?
Please contact us by email ASAP informing us about your cancellation. If the cancellation is done after we shipped the item to your pickup location, we will only charge RM80 as cancellation fee.

How many device can connect the pocket Wi-Fi?
You can connect the pocket Wi-Fi up to 5 devices but it will drop the speed when more devices connect at the same time.

How can I make payment when want to add more quota or addition rental days?
You will make a payment when you return our device at our VISONDATA (M) Sdn Bhd counters or office.

Can I use my power bank for pocket WiFi?
Yes, you can use your own power bank for charge pocket WiFi. (USB micro B port required)

Can we use the pocket wifi on the ship (Cruise) ?
No, Because there is no coverage on the sea.
